The regular practice of yoga will help to restore muscle balance, strength, and flexibility.  Will restore circulatory and respiratory efficiency.  Plus it will increase bone-strength, sensitivity to insulin and normal digestion.  Our bodies will  begin to respond beautifully to challenges and stress, which in turn will boost the immune system and balance lipid and cholesterol metabolism.  Just to name a few!!!

Can Yoga help us lose weight at all?  The answer is simply, YES!  But not the way we think it would.  It is not the poses that help you lose weight, it’s the attitude in which you develop from the practice of it. 

It allows you to relax, restore, rejuvenate the body and desire to feed the body in a controlled way so that it is natural, healing and self-regulating.
