I do find that exercise makes my day go MUCH smoother — and this is someone typing that prior to recently has just D exercise, but now I find that i really need it a few times in my week to get the energy that I need.

Deni, I was wondering if you could do an entry on how many calories a person should be eating in a day. I recently started counting on the advice of my doctor (because I’m no losing weight) and it says that for my weight and age I should be eating 2600 calories/day. It looks like I average somewhere between 1800-2000 — and I am seeing that I eat too much fatty food (but much of it is the “good” fat). Anyway… any thoughts on that?

Andy: I am so sorry I just happened to notice your comment! I hope you forgive me, but the music we use is usually from powermusic.com or dynamixmusic.com. If you are taking about the show then it was specifically made for the show, so it isn’t available. I so appreciate your comment and again I’m sorry I missed yours.

Got something to say?
