Can Yoga help us lose weight at all? The answer is simply, YES! But not the way we think it would. It is not the poses that help you lose weight, it’s the attitude in which you develop from the practice of it.
It allows you to relax, restore, rejuvenate the body and desire to feed the body in a controlled way so that it is natural, healing and self-regulating.
Nothing like it!
