Exercises For The Road

When traveling here are a few exercises to do at your hotel or relatives home:
Jumping jacks, jumprope, or go for a walk.
Squats
Pushups
Crunches
Lunges
Plank
Bridging
Rotate through these for 30-45 minutes and then stretch with a few of your favorite yoga poses. You are guaranteed to feel better afterwards!!
