Fitness Moderation

March 20, 2007

The key to everything in this life seems to be moderation.  But when it comes to fitness don’t expect to exercise the same as your friend does, because no two people are going to react to exercise the same way.  Moderation is best viewed in ones own fitness level and fitness goals.  Remember, the body needs time to adjust and to rebuild.  When starting out and you are exercising to over training it is going to set you back a few steps.  The goal is whenever you start something new always ease in to it.
