Get Ready to “Power Tone”

Some very popular group training classes are Power tone, Power flex, or Body Pump!!!  In this very specific strength training you have a class that is very motivating for the participant! The social aspects improve adherence because of the bond the participants have for one another.  

There is more energy, interaction and a lot of laughing going on in class and it helps the Instructor notice different styles and postures that wouldn’t otherwise be seen.  This class format also uses other types of strength equipment, such as exertubes, hand weights, bars and barbells, BOSU’s, stability balls and more!!  Pop in on one of those classes and have a great time. I think you will quickly learn of its benefits and want to continue with this format for months and maybe years to come!!
