Increase Your Life Expectancy Exercising

The research is showing that adults can gain as many as two hours of life expectancy for every hour they exercise. 

But it must be vigorous exercise such as brisk walking, jogging, biking or any exercise that gets the heart rate up into the training zone for 30 minutes minimum. 

 

 

Get out there and ENJOY life everyone and a longer one at that!
