Jumping Rope, A Great Way To Increase Endurance And Energy

August 18, 2007

There are times it is really difficult to get your cardio in, and there are times that it is very hard to build up to 30 minutes or more of it!  But one way to accomplish both of these objectives using very little space is jumping!!!

You know, like the jump rope, or just jumping jacks.  By jumping at intervals, one minute and then walk, increase it to two minutes and walk or march and so forth, your endurance will increase very quickly.  Or get creative, remember it takes energy to have energy!
