Less Sleep May Be Better

People who sleep 5 to 7 hours a night have better survival rates than those who sleep 8 or more, or 4 or less according to a study done by USD in San Diego. Too much sleep could be a ding of depression or other undetected health issues.
Also lack of sleep will interfere with your weight loss program. The body is over stressed. Researchers theorize that a lack of sleep is linked to lower levels of appetite-suppressing hormones like leptin and higher levels of the appetite-boosting hormone ghrelin. So get your zzzzzz’s! It’s a necessity not a luxury!
