Lose Your “Puffiness” That Comes From Eating Sugar!
March 4, 2008
Okay guys! Give up the refined sugar. Easy to say, but to do, of course it is difficult!
But wow, you are going to see and feel a difference in your body and your mood if you decide to do this. If you stop eating pastries, cookies, candy, ice cream, cakes, and, oh no, here it comes, SODA and alcohol for 14 days your body WILL shrink. It is called sugar water in the cells.
You will lose the puffiness or swelling that comes from eating too much sugar. The other benefits you will experience is your mind will feel clearer and you will feel less irritable, and this will happen just after 14 days. I know, I do it, and I keep doing it. (Because every once in a while I do fall off the wagon.) But the good news is, when you do this, you just may want to clean up you entire diet!
Look brighter, lose weight and inches, and really feel lighter!! Hang in there, you CAN do it!
