Stressed Out? Does it seem like you just don’t have enough time to work out? Well…here are two easy workouts that are simple and consume little time. (10 minutes max). You can do them in the morning to get you moving, stretching, lengthening and warming your muscles or you can do them in the evening as you wind down and prepare for a GOOD night’s sleep!!! You don’t even have to get out of your PJ’s.
