- Papaya ( ½ medium. Or 1 cup cubed)
- Cantaloupe (1/4)
- Apricots , dried (1/4)
- Orange (1)
- Strawberries (8)
- Apricots (4)
So make sure those fruits are well selected and stay within the serving sizes!!!
