When Are You Your Best For Your Workout?
February 26, 2007
There is always the question ” When is the best time of day for a workout that I will see maximum results? ” The answer is specifically, when you feel your best. However, there is a little advantage metabolically when you workout first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, by the way. You must have enough fuel from the previous day for you to complete your workout session. If you don’t have enough fuel then just take in a little protein and a few crabs or fat. The proteins job is to fuel the muscles that are working, while you burn fat throughout the rest of your session. One idea is to have a protein shake, no carbs or fat included, just before the a.m. workout.

umm… this particular entry is quite depressing, as I worked out with you for WEEKS first thing in the AM with NO results….
I would eat about 1/2 hour after working out.
But, it’s good to know that I work-out at the right time.
I’ll keep-up my fine work.
Good Girl!
